I switched to @GetSpectrum about 6 months ago from @ATT let me tell you, @GetSpectrum is a ************* ***** *** service. I live in Dallas. Rather, improving there service, ******* told me to ask my apartment to improve the wiring connection.

Spectrum is the absolute worst company on the planet earth. They'll take your money in 10 seconds, but if they make a mistake it will take HOURS on the phone to fix it. If it even gets fixed. @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum you are complete trash.

@ATT is the worst lol been on hold for 20 minutes on the phone now. Slow and terrible internet that doesn’t reach across the house although I pay for the 1000/1000. Depending on this call going to either switch to @Verizon or go back to @GetSpectrum

literally just wanna work on music but it’s taken me 3 weeks of trying to get my router from spectrum and every time i go it’s a busy **** show so i STILL can’t get **** set up… i can’t make an appointment because i don’t have a car so rely on other rides. @GetSpectrum fix this.

@Ask_Spectrum since Monday both my download and upload speeds have fallen off a cliff it seems. I’v tried rebooting my router and modem, I’ve messaged customer service to have the signal reset, I’ve tried moving my router and mesh satellites, cleared cookies, you name it.

Had to cancel @ATT internet today before anyone even came out to install it! Customer service was useless & could only tell me that their server must be down… How can anyone trust an internet company when their website/apps don’t even work!I hope you’re better @GetSpectrum!
