Running behind on streaming. Having issues with service. Still on the phone with @GetSpectrum trying to get them to fix an issue from March that obviously hasn’t been resolved. 🙄

Spectrum Mobile internet throttling is true. Even with going over 20gb unlimited plane which in itself is a false out right in your face lie. They are cutting off data not lowering it. In short, bricking your phone to the point of having to reset network settings, restarting😡

@GetSpectrum is the worst internet service ever! The person that helped me the other day had said he can see the modems history and that there is always issues. Then when I asked for credits for the lack of service he told me he couldn’t issue any credits cause there isn’t proof!

Worst internet experience ever with @GetSpectrum. Installed 7 days ago. No internet for all 7 days. Got all sorts of different excuses, best they could say is they would call me when it’s ready (which they did 5 days ago and they were wrong about). Horrible product.

Spectrum internet is the worse I just got the service Tuesday have had to call in everyday and today the service has been out since before the storm thank God I have an ATT mifi I can use for internet if I had a choice I would only use ATT

Had to cancel @ATT internet today before anyone even came out to install it! Customer service was useless & could only tell me that their server must be down… How can anyone trust an internet company when their website/apps don’t even work!I hope you’re better @GetSpectrum!
