@Ask_Spectrum your so called expert isnāt very well informed. Who said mask work anyway? Of coarse virus gets through itās a tiny virus! We use mask to calm others down and thatās all, aside from an arguably small amount of protection

@GetSpectrum said they were āpartnersā with @Verizon when we were inquiring about getting cable and internet to our new home. They were trying to get us to join them for cellular service. Guess what. Verizon said thatās not true. What else are you not telling me?

Their technical people are good because theyāre competent and trained efficiently.I just tried calling to get **** fixed and even their dial pad service is *** lmfao. Kicked me out of a call and tried to get me to recall.

Dear @Ask_Spectrum. I did not want to use your services anymore but didn't have a choice due to my area not carrying @ATT or @Google fiber. But once again, your internet is rubbish to a point I might just not use internet anymore. And I get 400 here. #WTF

How much does @Ask_Spectrum cost Manhattan Businesses per year because of their consistent outages? Customer support tells me they couldn't repair it for the 2,000 users effected because they couldn't get into a basem*nt all weekend.

@Ask_Spectrum No I use Spectrum for the bare minimum anymore, internet only. Youāre prices are way out of control. Company as a whole treats customers like crap & continues to do so.

@GetSpectrum going on a full month of no internet preventing any work from home zoom calls or really any work from home. 3 technicians and 30 support chats in this month of august alone and zero fix still. Actually fully ridiculous at this point. Charging me 100$ for this.

@GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum Noted... Not only will I never use you again if I have a choice, but I will also make sure everyone I know who has a choice doesnt use you in my areas. Service was great (which is why we switched to you) but that kind of shady business practice

With no power and so much flooding likely TWC canāt get to some of these places or if they are there no power or cell service to get stuff on line. I agree they should tell what their issues are.
