@Ask_Spectrum we’ve loved your services, but do Covid, needed to cut the cord. It’s a POOR customer care process not to prorate for cancelled/reduced services. We are going to start shopping for a new internet and voice provider if someone can’t make this right.

@Ask_Spectrum You know what sucks? My daughter’s home is unlivable due to the weather emergency. It’ll be months before it’s inhabitable. She called to get her service put on hold and they said she’s still have to pay monthly fees to put her service on hold. Nice, @GetSpectrum .

@Ask_Spectrum Looking at the 15-20 tweets from the last 2 hours there is obviously a blanket outage. Maybe you guys should figure out a better tracking system and actually get some real updates from the field. This is pretty poor form.

@Ask_Spectrum We just canceled her service and returned the equipment. Shame on Spectrum for not working with Texans who were impacted and who even temporarily lost their homes! When her home is livable again, she’ll go with another provider.
