LOL! Thank God I have blazin fast WiFi even when I’m outside my home it’s still super fast and it never drops the connection and we’ve been with @GetSpectrum (previously TWC) so long I only pay $33 a month which includes my home phone service #winning

@Ask_Spectrum 43998857 is the ticket number and I call multiple times to your support and dispatched a team. But unfortunately, they can't schedule it as the field teams are already full with the existing appointment. In this case, I have one choice to get the service 4m different providers.

@GetSpectrum is absolutely the worst service I've ever. My home & office phone, cable and internet go down all the time. I've had them come to my house 5 times, to no effect. I've stopped complaining as it does no good & their commercials that say they are reliable infuriate me.

@GetSpectrum Week 1 of college football & you guys have an outage going on from noon that’s still not fixed....I’ll be switching to @metronetfiber next week...his isn’t the first time this has happened either... I’d advise anyone considering Spectrum to go elsewhere

@Ask_Spectrum 100 La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles. Your customer service told me to bring it to a store, so I was baffled that the worker there acted like he was doing me this big favor, and then proceeded to pitch me your phone service. Thanks for your reply though, I appreciate it.
