@GetSpectrum SUCKS. I was thinking of switching over to them, but after the mess they have my parents in, I guess I'm not switching. They had their service for 2 DAYS and they still have to pay over $200!! Ridiculous! SMDH.

Right after the holidays, @GetSpectrum sent me to collections over $69. I cancelled my service after 6yrs in the summer and tried paying the final payment and I couldn’t log in. Support said I had to pay over the phone with a cc processing fee or go to a store.

@Ask_Spectrum 🤔I’ve seeing you ads lately mostly the one with the comedian roasting Dish, it wasn’t funny but I suppose if you weren’t cheap and hired a real comedian he probably roast you sh*tty customer service and consistent outages 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣

@attcenter @ATTHelp @ATT I have been with this cell company for a few years. But I made the mistake by switching to @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum customer service has been a nightmare. #Internet is putting our family's life at risk by not working!

Maybe I won’t be able to stream @GetSpectrum has quite possibly the worst internet services ever, I think I have like 1g up 1g down and WiFi goes out like 4 times a week, trash *** service

First @GetSpectrum sent me an equipment 2 weeks before I moved, I had no way of getting to the package. They told me it was my responsability, if I didn’t sent it back I was going to get charged for it when it was their fault! Now I have no internet service at all. 😡 #Spectrum

How much does @Ask_Spectrum cost Manhattan Businesses per year because of their consistent outages? Customer support tells me they couldn't repair it for the 2,000 users effected because they couldn't get into a basem*nt all weekend.

@Ask_Spectrum No I use Spectrum for the bare minimum anymore, internet only. You’re prices are way out of control. Company as a whole treats customers like crap & continues to do so.

@GetSpectrum going on a full month of no internet preventing any work from home zoom calls or really any work from home. 3 technicians and 30 support chats in this month of august alone and zero fix still. Actually fully ridiculous at this point. Charging me 100$ for this.

@GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum Noted... Not only will I never use you again if I have a choice, but I will also make sure everyone I know who has a choice doesnt use you in my areas. Service was great (which is why we switched to you) but that kind of shady business practice

With no power and so much flooding likely TWC can’t get to some of these places or if they are there no power or cell service to get stuff on line. I agree they should tell what their issues are.
